In my practice of over 10 years, I have come to realize the incredible importance of a holistic approach to healing. What that means is looking at all aspects of your lifestyle. This includes your beliefs, your environment, your diet, sleep habits, stress levels, and much more.
This is why incorporating Nutrition, Reiki, and BioscanSRT into my practice is so beneficial when it comes to addressing all these aspects of your lifestyle. With this holistic approach, we can rebalance you physically, mentally and emotionally.
What can you expect from working with Aleks Morgan?
One of the tools I use in my practice is the latest biofeedback technology – Bioscan SRT which helps us identify imbalances in the body as well as the underlying stressors that may be keeping you stuck.
These stressors can include:
- allergies or sensitivities to foods or something in your environment,
- organ or hormonal imbalances,
- parasites, bacteria or viruses
- and much more…
My approach also includes nutritional assessment (individualized diet and supplementation), stress management strategies (yoga, meditation and breathing exercises) as well as Reiki treatments for mental, emotional and physical well-being.
How long until I see results?
The journey to wellness is one that requires dedication and commitment from both the practitioner and the client. That’s why I am here to guide you. Keep in mind that ultimately you are in charge of making these suggestions into permanent lifestyle changes. Depending on your state of health and commitment, the amount of time it takes to see the results can vary. However, the effects of positive changes can be felt immediately.
Some clients report that their energy levels increase, they sleep better, aches and pains start to go away, etc. As they stick to the plan and incorporate more of the healthy habits into their daily life, they see their relationships improve, they become more productive at work and they simply enjoy life more. As one of my clients put it: ”I feel like my old self again!”
