Better Living Wellness Clinic and Health Store has over 40 years of history in Etobicoke. Our health store specializes in dispensing professional and retail brand supplements, while providing a high level of customer care and service. In addition, our clinic provides a variety of holistic services including Naturopathic consultations, holistic nutrition, live blood cell analysis, osteopathy, massage therapy and more. We are currently looking to fill a part-time permanent position (approx. 20 hours).
The Supplement Advisor position involves maintaining the day-to-day needs of the store. This includes, but is not limited to, providing excellent customer care for in-person and customers over the phone, pricing merchandise, supporting the various practitioners, and keeping the store clean.
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong knowledge of natural health products, including retail and professional brands.
- A post-Secondary education in nutrition, holistic nutrition, or equivalent experience.
- Retail sales experience.
- Great organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Help customers with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Provide supplement recommendations to customers.
- Actively promote clinic services and book appointments.
- Merchandise, control inventory and stock shelves.
- Keep the store clean.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
