Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to help us provide a welcoming and informative experience to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Wellness Clinic and Holistic Dispensary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized assistance to our customers, helping them find the right products/protocol to support their health and wellness goals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of existing and new inventory, monitor expiring products, manage customer special orders, and identify slow-moving products to optimize stock levels.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating eye-catching displays and marketing materials to showcase our products and promote a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment.
- Website Content: Collaborate with the team to update and maintain our website content, ensuring that it reflects our latest products and promotions.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of natural health supplements customer service/sales experience.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating customers to make informed choices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Flexibility in your schedule, including availability on weekdays (10am-6pm) and Saturdays (10am-5pm).
