Camilla Singh is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. Dedicated to learning about pain and stress management, she also provides many other modalities including Cupping, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. Camilla combines different modalities on per case basis depending if the cause of restriction and pain is of musculature or ligamentous nature or specifically to the joint itself. Camilla has experience in (and not limited to) headaches/migraines, sciatica, frozen shoulder, post surgical recovery, tendinitis and stress/anxiety management. Camilla uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, muscle energy techniques, PNF and joint mobilizations. Brett Piva is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) and is registered as a Natural Nutrition Certified Practitioner (NNCP). Brett works in the Better Living Holistic Dispensary and as a Nutritionist in the Wellness Clinic. He has been a part of the Better Living team since June 2021. He champions healthy, balanced lifestyles through the holistic approach of physical health, mental health, and energetic wellbeing. He strives to support the Better Living community through his knowledge of nutrition and clinical supplementation.
Brett graduated with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition; his curious mind allows him to continuously learn and take continuing education courses in his spare time. Brett is the host of the Nutrient Junkies podcast, where he discusses food, one ingredient at a time. Brett specializes in creating holistic protocols around sleep, stress, cognitive attention disorders, and a variety of men’s health concerns.

Victoria uses nutritional, lifestyle, and supplemental approaches for individuals with various health conditions or states of unwellness. She incorporates iridology in her practice to help identify the root causes of unwellness and illness. An iridology assessment, paired with nutritional consultation, can help to find signs of physical, functional, and emotional imbalances within the body, and can help guide her to make individualized and effective recommendations.
