Camilla Singh RMT, DOMP
Camilla Singh is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist. Dedicated to learning about pain and stress management, she also provides many other modalities including Cupping, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. Camilla combines different modalities on per case basis depending if the cause of restriction and pain is of musculature or ligamentous nature or specifically to the joint itself. Camilla has experience in (and not limited to) headaches/migraines, sciatica, frozen shoulder, post surgical recovery, tendinitis and stress/anxiety management. Camilla uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, muscle energy techniques, PNF and joint mobilizations. Pawandeep Kaur has been a registered physiotherapist since 2005. She graduated in India and worked for three years in India before she moved to Canada in 2010. She has been practicing physiotherapy in Ontario since 2014 since obtaining her license here in Canada. She has had the chance to work with patients with motor vehicle, slip and fall and workplace injuries, as well as with various insurance companies. She has worked with patients from all specialties but orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries is what interests her the most.
She believes that empathy is her greatest virtue and that a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach is the key to success. She strives to uncover the root cause of her patients’ symptoms to correct the underlying dysfunction and prevent the problem from recurring. She seizes every opportunity to educate her clients on their condition and how they can manage their symptoms. She prides herself on giving “homework” to every patient so that they can have an active role in their own recovery and rehabilitation. In addition to education, her treatment heavily focuses on manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription.
Saiyemah Khalil is approaching ten years in the Health and Wellness industry. Saiyemah KhalilWith a background in Psychology and a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, she was drawn to delve deeper into alternative medicine, a decision that led her to obtain a doctorate in Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. At the moment she is continuing her education at the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Saiyemah has a strong interest in women’s health (PCOS, Fertility, Pre and Post-Natal care, Peri and Post Menopause), Metabolic Syndrome (Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Weight Management) and Digestion (IBS, IBD).Her approach is holistic in nature. She attempts to address the root causes of illness as opposed to treating isolated symptoms. This leads her to work collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve a balanced, harmonious and healthy lifestyle.
