Each capsule contains:
Glucosamine Sulphate: 250 mg
Shark cartilage (standardized to 10% chondroitin sulphate): 150 mg
Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM): 200 mg
Turmeric (curcumin C3 complex, 95% curcuminoids): 125 mg
Boswellia serrata Extract (70% boswellic acids): 80 mg
Recommended dosage:
Take 3 capsules twice daily or as recommended by practitioner.
Cautions and Warnings:

Contra-Indications:
